What We Do
Six Services, One Crew, One Invoice
Three of these stop water going where it should not. Three of them are what the street notices. Most people book two or three into a single visit, which costs less than booking them separately because we only turn up once.
Roof Cleaning
Soft wash at low pressure so the granules that keep your shingles rated stay where the manufacturer put them. Moss treatment is part of the price rather than an upgrade.
Roof cleaningGutter Cleaning
Cleared by hand and bagged, never blown across your beds. Every downspout flushed and watched, hangers and fascia checked while we are up there.
Gutter cleaningMoss Removal
For the driveway strip, the slick side path and the patio joints. Killed at the root rather than rinsed off, with a limited regrowth warranty on treated surfaces.
Moss removalHouse Washing
Most Pacific Northwest houses are not faded, they have a green algae film on them. Soft washing takes the actual colour back, usually without a repaint.
House washingPressure Washing
Driveways, patios and decks cleaned with an enclosed surface cleaner, so the finish is even rather than showing every pass of a wand.
Pressure washingWindow Cleaning
Glass inside and out with screens, tracks and sills included. Best booked last, after the roof and the siding, so nothing spots what you have just paid for.

The Difference Is Usually Not Subtle
Photos go to every customer when we finish, whether they were home or not. That is partly so you can see the work, and partly because it keeps us honest about the parts of a roof nobody looks at from the driveway.
Most of what we clear off Columbia County roofs is not dirt. It is living, it holds water against the surface it is growing on, and rinsing it off leaves the root behind so it comes back within a season.
How We Work
Not A Franchise. Your Neighbours.
NJM is based on Snow Street in St. Helens. Camron and the crew live here, work here, and know which streets sit under Douglas fir and which subdivisions went up with thin aluminium gutter that dents if you lean a ladder on it.
Every technician is a W-2 employee covered by our workers compensation, so you are never liable if somebody is hurt on your property. That is not true of most quotes you will get.
We soft wash roofs and siding, and save real pressure for concrete. Anybody offering to pressure wash your shingles is choosing speed over the life of your roof.
Estimates are written and fixed. If we find something on the day that changes the scope, we stop and ask rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.
Beds get pre-wet and rinsed, debris leaves in bags rather than over the edge, and if the result is not right we come back at no charge.
If your roof does not need doing yet, we will tell you that too and book you for next year.

Where We Work
Columbia County, Portland Metro And Across The River
Each town has its own page covering the conditions we actually see there, rather than the same paragraph with the name swapped.
Portland Metro
We come into the metro down Highway 30, so the north and west sides are easiest for us to schedule.
How It Goes
Four Steps, And No Site Visit On Most Homes
| 1. Send photos | Call, text or use the form. A couple of ground level shots and an address is usually all we need. |
|---|---|
| 2. Get a written estimate | Normally back within two hours on a business day. The number on it does not move afterwards. |
| 3. We turn up | Three to seven days in peak season, quicker off peak. You get a text when the crew is on the way. |
| 4. You check the work | Walk round with us, or review the photos we send. If it is not right, we come back at no charge. |
Before You Call
The Questions We Get Most
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Oregon CCB licence #252799, general liability cover and workers compensation on every employee. We can send the certificate before we come anywhere near your property.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as the crew can reach the work area and there is an outdoor tap, most jobs happen while you are out. Photos and a summary come to your phone when we finish.
How do I find out what it will cost?
Send an address and a couple of photos, or ring (971) 328-2122. A written estimate usually comes back within two hours on a business day, free and with no obligation.
Can I book more than one service?
Yes, and most people do. One crew, one mobilisation and one invoice works out cheaper than three separate appointments, and we will put the work in the right order.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. Property managers, HOAs, landlords and small commercial buildings across Columbia and Washington counties. Ask about invoicing when you call.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, cheque, all major cards and contactless. Commercial clients can be invoiced. Payment is due when the job is finished unless we have agreed otherwise.
Ready For A Cleaner, Better Protected House?
Send an address and a couple of photos and we will send a written estimate, usually the same day.
