How soon can you get to my house?
Three to seven days is typical in spring and autumn. Off peak we are often out within one to three days. Active water damage moves to the front of the queue.
Do you charge for a site visit?
No. If a property needs walking before we can price it, that visit is free too.
Can I book more than one service in the same visit?
Yes, and it is cheaper. Bundling services into one visit saves 15 to 20% against booking each separately, because we only mobilise once. See the pricing page.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Call us and we come back at no charge. Every job carries our satisfaction guarantee, and moss treatments carry a limited regrowth warranty on top of that.
