A Treated Roof Does Not Always Turn Bare Gray Immediately
Roof moss changes as the treatment works. Live green growth can pale, tan or lose color before every remaining fragment releases from the roof. Depending on the roof, the growth and the written scope, loosened material may be gently brushed or rinsed where appropriate, while some treated growth may be allowed to weather away.
That is why we explain the finish before the job rather than promising one identical visual result for every roof. The goal is to treat the growth without trading a fast photograph for unnecessary abrasion on the roofing material.

Asphalt/composition shingles are a core part of our roof-cleaning work. We also assess many metal roofs, covered decks, garages, sheds and other detached structures when they are included in the estimate.
Different materials do not automatically get the same treatment. Coating condition, pitch, drainage, safe access and existing roof damage all affect what we are willing to clean and how we approach it.
If a roof is too fragile, failing or unsafe to clean responsibly, we would rather say so than force a service onto it.

How Often Should a Scappoose Roof Be Cleaned?

Can you clean the gutters during the same visit?

Can you clean a metal roof or a shed?
